    RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

    Cancellation of Order: Before Shipment

    Should you decide to cancel the order, Vilo requests you to call us on our customer care number or email us on online@viloappliances.com to cancel the order before the shipment of the product.

    Vilo Returns and Exchange

    To return or exchange an item, the original receipt, gift receipt, packing list, or other valid proof of purchase must be presented. Vilo will only accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from Vilo. All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories, cords, adaptors, and documentation. Items must be undamaged and in good working condition with no alterations to hardware or software.

    Return & Exchange Period

    There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product, you purchased from Vilo:

    You have 2 calendar days from the date of delivery to report exchange any defective/ Dead on Arrival (DOA) unit. Such items are available for exchange only. Product reported after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted for exchange.

    You have 5 calendar days from the original date of purchase to return all other eligible products available on Vilo.com if not met to your expectation.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Costs associated with installation is nonrefundable in any case.

    Returning Items on Promotion

    All the items purchased during promotion period excluding DOA (Dead on Arrival) will not be refunded. Refunds will be limited to the amount actually paid at the time of original purchase. When returning an item purchased through a promotion, the value received via the promotion will be accounted for in the refund and deducted appropriately. If the promotion included a 'free with purchase' item, and the free item is not returned with the promoted merchandise, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount. If the item being returned was part of a bundled promotion, all items in the bundle must be returned or the bundled discount will be voided and that discount amount will be deducted from the refund.

    Returns by mail - Online Returns

    For returns requiring shipping back to Vilo other than defective or DOA product, customer will be responsible for all return shipping and packaging. If you choose to ship your product back, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number will only be issued during the return period. You can obtain an RMA number from Customer Care of Vilo at 8860-908-909 or by sending an e-mail to online@viloappliaces.com

    RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from the date issued. Once an RMA number is issued, print / write the return slip, and paste it on the box. Please remove or cover the original shipping label showing your delivery address.

    If you return your product to Vilo (i) without a valid RMA from Vilo, (ii) beyond the applicable return period day period or past the 7 days RMA authorization period, or (iii) without original packaging, Vilo reserves the right to either refuse to accept delivery of such a return or charge a restocking fee.

    Refunds

    Vilo will process your refund to the original form of payment. For COD / cash refunds, a corporate team for refund will contact the customer asking the banking details for refunds. Please allow 14 days for processing from return date. You are responsible for and must prepay all return shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to Vilo except defective and DOA cases.
